I am 25 and have just moved here after spending 5 years out of the country. I am hoping there is a guy to recover my (almost) lost faith in American guys. It may be stereotypical of me to say it, but I find that American guys have lost all romance and chivalry!? Why??? Nothing steals my heart more than someone to make me laugh and obviously someone who can make me feel important. I am almost always found with a smile and a giggle. I am sometimes quite sarcastic, but in a good way. I am well educated and well mannered—for the most part! hehe… also am really playful and outgoing.

I am short and of average build, not huge, but not a stick either. Dark hair and chameleon-like eyes (they change all shades of blue and green depending on my mood and sometimes my clothing) Yep, I am a freak of nature. *if they are neon green…watch it!* I am told I have an amazing smile, not to sound conceded, because I am not, but I know my eyes and smile are my best physical qualities.

You have great taste in music (80s alternative, brit-pop and some American indie - a plus) and you like culture (NPR, The New Yorker, Steppenwolf). Maybe you have a house, a dog, maybe sometimes you don’t shave, maybe you have a few clever tattoos, maybe you’re a vegetarian. You’re kinda cute, quirky, quietly confident, hilarious, have a great group of friends and most people would say you’re pretty awesome…but you just haven’t found the right girl yet…

I am the type of girl all parents want as a daughter in law, and all guys want to both take out in public and keep behind closed doors. Currently in my fridge, I have 3 types of olives, a nice wedge of brie, a jar of artichoke hearts and 5 types of salad dressings. However, I also have Walmart brand V8, 3 different brands of yogurt (I’ll buy whatever is on sale), and Jewel brand apple juice. I am anything but picky.

I once gained 40 pounds in 4 days. No joke… it’s true and I’ll share the story if asked.

I might spend 2 hours deciding whether or not I want to order takeout for myself, but I won’t think twice about buying pizza for my co-workers after a long week. On the same note, I spent more money buying gifts for charity than I did on my own family this past Christmas (and my family loved it, by the way).

I spent 15 minutes making snow angels yesterday. And, no I wasn’t with any kids… all by myself.

I watch reality TV to remind myself that there are many people out there way more desperate than I.

I have at least 7 types of fresh fruit in my house at the present moment (apples, oranges, pears, bananas, pineapple, grapes, strawberries - GREAT APHRODISIAC - mangos)… make that 8.

Going along with that, I adore fruits and vegetables, but I have been known to easily eat a whole rotissiere chicken (LOVE the skin) and cheesecake in one sitting.

One of my nicknames as a child was Bubble Butt.

I have sunbathed topless (learned an important lesson about applying sunblock EVERYWHERE).

I never watch movies in which animals die, including cartoons (no Bambi or Dumbo for me).

I have 2 types of ricecakes, lowfat granola, baked chips and sugar free pudding to snack on. However, I also have skittles, lollipops, and 3 types of chocolate bars…

I have an advanced education that I have not had to pay a cent for because of academic scholarships, but I did drop out of a semester at junior college.
